Kathmandu (dpa) - Ten people were killed and seven injured when a van plunged 150 metres into a ravine in western Nepal Tuesday, police said.
The van carrying 17 people went out of control on a bend in the road in Doti district. Police said the monsoon had worsened the condition of poorly maintained roads across the country, increasing the chance of accidents.
